Terms of Service — OPEX Education
This page sets out the terms specific to opex.education, the official self-paced learning hub owned and operated directly by OPEX Institute Inc. (Canada). It supplements, and must be read with, the OPEX Master Terms of Service and Master Privacy Policy. This platform is operated directly from Canada and does not involve a regional licensee.
A. Self-Paced Access & Delivery
Access to self-paced courses and mock exams is granted immediately upon payment confirmation through your dashboard. Access is personal to the enrolled user and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
B. Refund Policy
Because self-paced content is delivered digitally and accessed immediately, purchases are non-refundable once content has been accessed. Where content has not yet been accessed, a refund may be requested within [CONFIRM: e.g. 14] days of purchase. You always receive the greater of this policy or the minimum your local law requires (Master Terms §04).
C. Credentials & Currency
Credentials earned through opex.education are issued under the Canadian authority of OPEX Institute Inc. Payment is processed in CAD / international currency by OPEX Institute Inc. (Canada) via the OPEX secure payment portal; see the Payment Terms.
D. Governing Law
These terms and the operation of opex.education are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Live regional cohorts are offered separately through authorized regional licensees under their own local annexes.
