This page covers data handling specific to opex.education, owned and operated by OPEX Institute Inc. (Canada) as data controller. It supplements, and must be read with, the OPEX Master Privacy Policy, which applies a single GDPR-level standard to all personal data across the ecosystem.
A. What We Process Here
- Account Data: name, email, login credentials.
- Billing Data: billing name and address for invoicing and tax compliance.
- Learning Data: course progress, assessment results, credentials issued.
B. Direct-from-Canada Operation
Self-paced enrollment on opex.education is handled directly by OPEX Institute Inc. (Canada) and does not involve a regional licensee. Payments are processed via secure, PCI-compliant gateways; full card numbers are not stored on our servers.
C. International Learners & Your Rights
opex.education serves self-paced learners globally. Per the Master Privacy Policy, we honor access, correction, portability, and deletion rights under the regime that applies where you live — including Quebec's Law 25, Canada's PIPEDA, and the EU/UK GDPR where applicable to you.
D. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with payment processors and service providers needed to run the platform, and with authorities where legally required.
